I Need Your Help! (Mapping all dead dogs found in Detroit!) (house, law)

I'm creating a map where I'm pinpointing the exact locations of dogs found dead and/or near dead in Detroit. This is a huge problem that the city faces, and I'm currently mapping where dogs were found with their ears/noses cut off, their guts spilled out, hung, and more. If anyone can send me any links/articles you find or exact addresses where you see dead dogs with details that would be a big help! I know this is heartbreaking but I'm hoping that by creating this map, it will bring attention to the problem.

Green means; dogs found NEAR dead, but they have been rescued later.

Red means; dogs found dead.

And a red question mark symbol means; dogs that have been killed by the police (during house raids and more).

Have you approached DPD regarding this? They could let you know when they find the dogs, you can provide them with hot spots, and hopefully you can locate the thugs doing this.

Also ask the TV news stations if they could cover this and publicize a phone number or website.

I follow a lot of local animal shelters / dog rescues on Facebook and they usually post about things like this. I would follow pages like Detroit Dog Rescue, Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue, Michigan Humane Society, Detroit Animal Welfare Group, and there are more that hopefully others will share with you.

I think that would be the best source of information. These people are usually the ones getting called about situations like this and they do post this information to Facebook. They are on the front lines and often interview on the local news stations. They also do work with law enforcement as well. There are a lot of great volunteers out there helping out and I hope you gain some traction on this and that it is beneficial for the dogs and the community.
