I grew up in this area 15 years ago, and found my home for VERY cheap. I live out of state now, and would love to buy this home and use it as part time place. I know it's not a "vacation" place to live.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the area in it's current state?

Things change a lot in 15 years. The area is Warren Rd. and Ann Arbor Trail. There is a neighborhood there often called "parkland".

I would love to talk with someone who lives there currently, or has any knowledge such as crime rates, and community feel. Thanks!

15 years ago, that was an area where you had to be careful. I don't know about now though. It wasn't as bad as other parts of the city..
