Unless you've been under a rock you know this, but for anybody who doesn't:

Starting at 8:30 AM Monday, March 24, the local news stations in Detroit will be covering the matter on TV and LIVE VIA WEBCASTS. Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's cousin is in court at 9 AM, and the Wayne County Prosecutor, Kym Worthy is holding a press conference at 11 AM Eastern Time to let us know whether she will press charges against the Mayor.

She said we "will be surprised."

Sounds like she isn't going to press charges since "we'll be surprised".

Looks like they didn't offer Kym enough....that or she really wants to be re-eleted.
But, then what choice did she have?

I am really glad to see Kym do what she needed to do. I had my doubts that she would have the cajones to do it, but she did. Good job, Kym Worthy!

Kim Worthy statement sums up the entire fiasco:

"Some have suggested that the issues before us are personal or private," Worthy told about 50 reporters and camera crews packed into her office in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice. "Our investigation has clearly shown that public dollars were used, people's lives were ruined, the justice system was severely mocked, and the public trust trampled on."
