Boy this story is getting better, I was watching TV2 Problem Solvers and now one of their own is caught in the shady deals on the sledge contract with the Detroit City Council Memebers and now news reporter Fanchan Stringer, I like the cars this woman has and works for a TV Station and drives a Rolls Royce and her other car was repoed. So I wonder how much money she got for her part in this deal. One more thing to bring Detroit down.
Is this how ethics works with people who are Professionals? I keep falling back to the saying "Money talks and BS walks" This seems to be the normal for so called Professionals anymore as long as they have the big bucks they think they can do whatever they want.

Stinger*

I saw the segment as well. I neverrrrrrr liked her so I really don't care. Fox 2 is the most unprofessional news station I have ever seen. She is rumored to be announcing her resignation soon. Good riddance Fanchon.

I agree. I never cared for her either. However, I never would have thought this of her. I tend to watch Fox 2 in the mornings before work for the weather and traffic on the 2's. Cardwellave mentioned that Fox 2 is the most unprofessional news station they have ever seen. Do you mind if I ask why? I am just curious as I hold no loyalties to them.

They are constantly saying things that are grammatically incorrect. Their personalities tend to be very obnoxious (Huel Perkins, Carrie Birmingham, Fanchon Stinger, Sherry Margolis). Their segments, such as Let it Rip (an open debate show) are generally very poorly done and in the case of Let it Rip turn into huge yelling matches.

Channel 4 used to be my preferred station but they have become VERY shock and awe oriented since the Steven Grant stuff, mainly since their reporter Hank Winchester became his cell phone buddy (Winchester is leaving soon however), I feel their stories and general style is very 'dirty laundry' ish, and feels a bit cheap, and just for drama.

Channel 7 I admittedly don't watch very much, though it seems pretty straightforward.

As the above stories imply, it was announced on the 11 am news today that Fanchon Stinger is no longer employed by Fox 2.

And now the FBI is looking at Martha Reeves. Please, say it ain't so! Looks like she may have found herself in Quicksand with Nowhere to Run. Should have stayed In My Lonely Room instead of Dancing in the Street with Jimmy Mack and Kwame's other cronies. I hope the FBI is able to clear her and she will survive this Heat Wave.
