What's become of it?

I heard recently that it was sold to a Canadian developer and they plan on playing soccer in it. What's the story behind that?

A developer from Toronto paid alittle over 500 G's for a $55 million stadium . A local group that offered $20 million a couple years ago took the Toronto group to court and lost . The local group never did put the $250 G's down as required to make a bid anyways . Soccer is one of the several things I've heard in the works .
