Wow. Detroit is just a messed up city...I wonder if there's even a way to turn it back around? That story is horrible though.

You two clowns really think an ACCIDENT is an indication that a city is messed up, or is the cause of a cities condition? You need to get a clue and stop trolling the forums.

With attitudes like yours (oh its just an accident), you will continue living in denial, completely oblivious to the bad things that are happening in Detriot. What a Shame.

OK, what do you think it means? The 4 year old deliberately set out to try and kill his 2 year old sister, went out and bought a gun and just waited for the right time to try and cap her? How ignorant.

It happens other places as well. It is from parents NOT properly limiting access to their weapons, not an indicator of how bad a city is. These are all from the news in the last couple of weeks. It is a wide spread problem that is not limited to Detroit.

No, that would never happen in Camden, NJ, 20 minutes or so up the road from me. Bad things happen in other states.

This is pretty commonplace throughout the United States.

It ties in with the American obsession with guns, firearms, etc.

Detroit is definetely NOT distinctly unique in this very common American obsession.

Personally, I think this 4 year old has been plotting this since he was about 2 1/2. He got upset when jis sister was born, taking the attention from him. He went out wandering the streets....looking for a gun. Found one..cheap.....bought it from a guy in a dark alley. He waited for the perfect time to use it. And when the time was right..he let her have it. Now he'll have to serve his time.......70 to life with hard labor.

Either that, or it was accidental......
