These will not only rot your teeth but make you gain weight as well. Keep these out of your diet as much as you can. Hotdogs, balogna, and things like these.

Yes they are, dog food. We always have hotdogs in the fridge, those are considered dog treats at our house.

Hot dogs? Yuck! Not only do they taste bad, they nearly always trigger migraines for me. And I haven't eaten bologna in decades; too many sandwiches when I was in school.

However, I think that a lot of the other types of processed foods have a more deleterious effect on the human body, especially in the quantities eaten today. Ramen noodle soup (and all its "Cup 'O" varieties), side dishes in a box, snack foods, soda - lots of empty calories there, high glycemic carbs for quick insulin response and drop, background sweetness from the HFCS, and far too much sodium. Really bad stuff.

I think there is a place for them but over all most people understand those types of food are not healthy. However they do taste good once in a while.
