So since there are 12 servings in a bottle, if you used the whole bottle on a large salad (lol), you could be eating as much as 59 calories under government regulations and Walden Farms could still claim that the bottle is calorie-free. Walden Farms itself has stated that each serving contains 3-4 calories.

Like the diameter of a beach ball sized bowl of it.
That was meant as a joke, hence the parenthetical lol after the statement.
That said, I usually make humongous salads that start with a head of lettuce or a 12oz package of Fresh Express Veggie Lover's Salad, a 12oz pkg of baby carrots, a 1pt container of baby tomatoes, and then I had in a few other items depending upon my mood. And then I toss it with about 1/3 of a bottle (8 tablespoons) of Walden Farms.

I use an entire head of romaine on mine.
Carrots and tomatoes are pretty much out (maybe a just few tomatoes for color), broccoli and cauliflower instead.
Dressing depends on the day of the week. On Monday and Wednesday it's Walden Farms. Other days it's Zesty Italian or Ranch.
The head of lettuce - I am going to try this for work. Bring some packets of dressing to rip off leaves and dip in. I nosh on low cal yogurt, jello, etc all day just for something to snack on. Half the time I am not hungry. This is a GREAT IDEA.
I'm not sure why we are talking about salad dressing either. I refuse to eat salad dressing, with the one exception of some occasional blue cheese dressing. (As in once every two months or so....)
My salads either have fruit in them, so they are already plenty sweet. Or salsa, because salsa is amazing and I heart tacos!
I've gotten myself back on my treadmill and back to running. And the nice weather (finally!) is making it easier to walk or hike outdoors with friends. Although some malls have loops you can walk, I really need to look into that for next winter.
I feel better, and look better, when I move more. It's just hard when it's cold and life gets complicated....

So because you refuse to eat salad dressing no one else is allowed to discuss it on this thread? Are you going to regale us with other foods and/or condiments you refuse to eat so we know what else we're not supposed to discuss?

I apologize if I hit a nerve. Nothing wrong with a pages long discussion of salad dressings, it's just odd on a thread about eating less and moving more. Although I guess salad dressings are a calorie killer, so maybe it does make sense? Hmm....
