New find. Fiber One 80 calorie cereal. 2 points for 3/4 of a cup pretty good. Tastes kind of like golden grahams. I make my own almond milk so that ads hardly anything point-wise.

2 lbs is within "maintenance" guidelines, by the way! So, not so bad considering.

What's your total weight loss??? I weighed in today and lost 1.8 lbs for a total of 48.2. I keep getting close to the 50 lb mark but I don't seem to get there. I hope to get there by next week. I did very well on Easter and made alot of WW friendly foods. I used my WW measuring spoons to portion out my food. my goal is 75 lbs total.

Lubby, 48.2 lost pounds is very very close to 50. Good luck to you; you're doing fine.

Thanks, every time I get closer I sometimes gain a lb or 2. Been up and down between 46-48 lbs for a few weeks. Hey it's better than putting back 10 lbs.

Hope he feels better. Mine is having surgery on the 24th and my back has been tense because of this, going to the chiropractor. I have also been constipated which could be another reason for the 1 lb gain. When I am anxious I tend not to go #2. weird no?
