I like watching these because they are so damn interesting and eye-opening. So far, I have seen:

Food, Inc.
King Corn
Forks over Knives
Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead
Food Matters
Super Size Me

Which of these have you watched? Which have you found most enlightening?

I've watched Food Inc and Super-Size Me. I like some items at fast food places, but generally I don't eat much, it didn't phase me. I also read the book.

I watched Food Inc, and it was disturbing, but by the time the movie had come out, I had already switched the ast majority of my meat consumption to more sustainable sources....because it tasted better. This just validated my opinion.

The only one I have ever heard of was supersize me. I have never heard of the other shows. I thought supersize me was bit overrated and unhealthy.

I highly recommend that you include: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil (2006)

I read Fast Food Nation and saw Super Size Me.
I am still an omnivore, but fast food is fairly disgusting to me, with the exception of In n Out which I will eat at once or twice a year.
