I've been eating better than I used to but I still made a few slip ups. I do make sure to eat more veggies and fruit. I am also cooking more instead of buying fast food and take out. I still get cravings for sweets a lot. I drink green smoothies almost everyday. I need to get back into exercising though.
I decided to do a "cleanse" sort of diet. No alcohol, caffeine or fast foods for 30 days. I did great for the first 2 weeks, then fell off the wagon this weekend. Wendys for lunch on Friday, wine with dinner Sat & Sun....But today is a new day and I'm starting over!

How are you doing on the no caffeine part? For me, giving up caffeine is harder than when I quit smoking more than 12 years ago. I want to do it and have switched, at least, to caffeine-free diet soda at home. But I want to give up caffeine altogether and also kick the diet soda habit. Again, I've cut back but continue to crave that cola taste.
Im doing really great so far. I have always eaten exactly what I needed to fuel my body properly for what I want/need it to do, but my big weakness was beer.
I love beer. LOVE IT!! So far, its been very easy to not have any. Its as simple as dont have it in the house. Should be this easy for every food item that people need to stay away from. Last beer was Thanksgiving.
My only NY resolution was no sweets and I've stuck to it so far. Getting ready to try The Bellyfat Cure so I hope that going off sweets will make it easier to get started.

Pretty decently. I got decaf coffee and several decaf teas & chai's and for cold beverages, I've been making "italian" sodas using sugar free syrup or sf juice and mixing it with sparkling water.
