The weight you gained is most likey water weight, alcohol and too much salt can be the cause. Drink lots of water this week. Alcohol dehydrates you.

Agree...this is what happens to me. I can put on what looks like a few pounds, spike a bit, but it comes right back off once I get back to normal eating. I also cut back a bit on eating untill it comes off (like skipping something for a bit, say a bb & j sandwhich in the morning)

To the OP, dont sweat it. Go back to your regular eating pattern and the weight will come off eventually.

Try to have more exercises like running and some weight training like cardio exercises this will restrict the extra kilos which you have gained last week.

Weight that you put on fast like that tends to come off pretty fast, too, once you get your diet back on track.

For sure! If I have McDonalds I know the next day I am also going to have a couple water pounds.

Thanks, everyone! I'm getting back on track.

I doubt I'll win The Biggest Loser contest at work unless I flat out starve myself, which I'm not willing to do. It's okay, though. Any weight loss is good!
