I haven't been on this forum for a few months. I had a nervous breakdown (not related to the diet). I lost the 20 pounds I had always wanted in a short amount of time, but I'm pretty miserable emotionally. When I look back on how I agonized over every calorie consumed or every workout minute I did or didn't do, I regret it. I'm not saying it to gain sympathy, I'm just letting everyone know to appreciate your emotional and physical health and don't sweat the pound not lost week to week. Wishing everyone success. Tristan.

Hey Tristan, I hope you're doing better I've been on an exercise kick for a few months after a health scare and I caught myself weighing myself to often until I realized that it wasn't THAT important. I have bad OCD with all kinds of stuff so of course I can't do this with moderation either, lol. I hope you can get to a better place!

Thanks. It's IBS, stomach is a mess-stress from husband and disabled daughter really did me in. Appreciate the support folks.
