Anyone Here Try/Follow D'Adamo's GenoType Diet? (blood, foods, nutrition)

Anyone Here Try/Follow D'Adamo's GenoType Diet? His book was published awhile ago (he also wrote a book on diet for blood type). I'm considering following the diet recommendations for my genetics type (mine is Explorer) and would like to hear if anyone else here has tried this diet regime.

Its bunk. Just use common sense when choosing foods to eat and watch your portions. Burn more than you take in.

Some folks agree with you but to me, it makes sense. And, reading about my type, "Explorer" it's right on with my food sensitivities.

Luckyd609 is right, its a bunch of malarkey. There are lots of good general nutrition books out there that are much much better and not focused on some "type" which is baloney.
