See a physician/s.
I should clarify. I used to eat a lot in the desire to become big. But seeing as this never happened it disappointed me and lately it's become so bad that I don't eat. I am currently on a 2 day nothing but water episode. It's anger and ego.

And eating costs a lot of money so that's another issue.

Now, with that being said, how is it possible that you can "eat and eat and eat...." but yet you also "rarely bother to eat..."?
Yes thanks, read the above post.

I had booked an appointment with a professional nutritionist which would cost me 95 dollars. But then a friend suggested not to waste the money and instead go for a paleo diet and take up gumming and swimming(I love swimming though I hardly ever get to do it nowadays).

I think it has to do with chemicals in my body. Should I take a blood test to check my iron/zinc/platelets count or whatever? It's just that money is a bit tight. I am also taking therapy for depression/anxiety. Everything is a circle.

Your body isnt really any different than anybody else; it functions just the same. Sure, theyre people who have super high metabolism, but I can assure you, if enough food is eaten, their body will gain weight. Try consuming 10-15,000 calories a day and sit on the couch; you'll see what I mean.

I think, your problem is in your mind, and not your body.

Gets some help for that depression.

Given your mental state (two days with just water?), your definition of "eating a lot" likely doesn't match the mainstream version of "eating a lot".

Hi Rishi! Longtime.
I think I got it..
Weak, just water, depression, when you did try eating more it didn't work.
Seeing a therapist for depression, low cash, history of family hypothyroidism.
(not hyper)

What I find is, usually in trying to save money, it ends up costing way more
bec more serious things develop...just to give you a diff perspective.
I understand, tho.

That Nutritionist you cancelled would be great, a Naturopath, maybe better
bec they are more comprehensive, considering your whole system
along with nutrition.

We can tell it isn't just about eating...there is an imbalance somewhere....chemical,
weakened, sluggish organ or endrocrine system?
They can ask for blood tests and also balance your system or
'energy' or your wacky polarity or rebuild/repair the organ
or system that is weakened.
They have many different methods that could suit your unusual need...herbs, homeopathy,
energy balancing, mood enhancers instead of anti-depressants,
vitamins/minerals...

Just a thought.
Or it could be as simple as a blood test and some thyroid meds from an MD!

Pinpointing the right diagnostician will save money.
It is a bummer to waste money on all the wrong health care people, that
then refer you to someone else. I hate that.
If you were here in my city I would know 5 people to see...some have degrees in
Nutritional counseling, but do way more.

Are you still in the states or was that just a visit?

If you force yourself to gain weight your face and tummy are just going to get fatter.
IMO you shouldnt worry about your weight and just accept the fact you are a slim person.(lucky you)
I just look at food and gain 10lbs.

I would suggest eating nutritious foods and healthy foods. Forget the calories, they're over-rated (unless you consume to many of them). Take care of your health and take care of your brain health. Eat regular meals even if they are small meals but make them nutritious. That means cutting out junk 'foods'.
