Hi Rishi! Longtime.

I think I got it..
Weak, just water, depression, when you did try eating more it didn't work.
Seeing a therapist for depression, low cash, history of family hypothyroidism.
(not hyper)
What I find is, usually in trying to save money, it ends up costing way more
bec more serious things develop...just to give you a diff perspective.
I understand, tho.
That Nutritionist you cancelled would be great, a Naturopath, maybe better
bec they are more comprehensive, considering your
whole system
along with nutrition.
We can tell it isn't just about eating...there is an
imbalance somewhere....chemical,
weakened, sluggish organ or endrocrine system?
They can ask for blood tests and also balance your system or
'energy' or your wacky polarity or rebuild/repair the organ
or system that is weakened.
They have many different methods that could suit your unusual need...herbs, homeopathy,
energy balancing, mood enhancers instead of anti-depressants,
vitamins/minerals...
Just a thought.
Or it could be as simple as a blood test and some thyroid meds from an MD!
Pinpointing the right diagnostician will save money.
It is a bummer to waste money on all the wrong health care people, that
then refer you to someone else. I hate that.
If you were here in my city I would know 5 people to see...some have degrees in
Nutritional counseling, but do
way more.
Are you still in the states or was that just a visit?
