I need a good meal replacement shake that's filling, low in calories and sugar, but high in protein. Any recommendations??

I'm okay with a premade type of shake or something I have to mix myself.

Why meal replacement shake? What are your goals?

Quite often, a good healthy meal heavy in fresh green veggies would be better than protein/meal replacement shake. But really can you advise as to what your goals are?

Lose 20 lbs in the next 12 months. I'm a 5'1" 35 y/o female weighing in at 150 lbs right now.

My other goal is to consume a few meals a week that don't require me to cook...hence this thread. Guess I'm kinda lazy

Ive never in my life seen a lazy person achieve their weight loss goals.

It can only be done through smart hard work and dedication.

If you want to be lazy I would make shakes from vegetables and have my proteins as God intended. Proteins are definitely the most tasty bunch of the nutrition groups and making baby food from it is such a waste.

There is no such thing as a meal replacement.

It's figure of speech. It means I want a big juicy steak on my plate.

Premier Protein makes a premade shake. It has 30 grams of protein, 160 calories, only 4 carbs, 1 gm sugar, 24 vitamins and minerals. Costco sells a case of 18 for $25. Vanilla or Chocolate.
