No, you'll want to keep your protein intake high daily. Reason being that a good amount of protein synthesis is going to occur on off days.

One tip I will add is that if you need to up your protein intake you can't go wrong with sardines. I know a lot of people don't like them, but a tin of sardines is very low calorie and almost pure protein. Get REAL sardines, which come from Portugal or Morocco. The stuff on the shelves in the grocery stores are called sardines but they aren't "true" sardines (they are other small fish that are similar). True sardines taste 100% better. If you read body-building forums you will see that many body builders eat them. They eat a lot of tuna also.

That's excellent man! Keep up the good work. How about progress on the lifts? Have you been adding weight when you're able?

i read it a while back. i have been doing two 35 oz for bench press. bicep curls i was able to up to the 40 oz bar. some of the free weight stuff was still the same.

today the gym was nice and cool. it's the only gym in the area i can afford right now and it's a national chain so i dont think ill be switching anytime soon.

Also this week I skipped one gym day. Which means I wasn't focusing on my protein diet that day. And I might be switching to a 49 hr work week job from my 30 hrs job. As I get older, it's getting harder to find the time for the gym. This week though I got lazy and played video games all day on my day off. I felt bad....
