I have been struggling with my weight since my first child was born 16 years ago.
My weight has gone up and down ever since.
I would go on these crazy diets, and lose some of the weight, but as soon as I stopped, the weight would come right back.
The past 5 years have been a constant struggle for me.
One thing after another.....
I was diagnosed with hypothyroid, depression, fibromyalgia, and ADHD and Plantar Faciitis.
I tried prescription medications for the fibro and the ADHD, but quickly stopped b/c I became a vegetable on the couch.
For the past few weeks I have been using a fitness program that isn't a diet. It just teaches you to change your habits, so the weight comes off slow.. but STAYS OFF!!! So far so good. I'm loving it!!! I've been losing about a pound a week, so this is AMAZING!!!

wow thats amazing! I am losing on average 1.4 lbs a week and as long as the weight stays down and not up, I'm happy.
