YES!! I love myfitnesspal! It is super for logging those calories, fats, carbs, proteins, sodium..and much more.
I started out at 237-Jan 2013..and am now at 182-Jan 2016. I am 5'2", 53 years old, peri-menopausal.

I am slowly incorporating toning exercises, as I have gotten so out of shape with the peri-menopausal issues. Also due to a foot injury back in 2013.

I have also tweaked my calories to make protein (eggs) my breakfast. It keeps me satisfied and my blood sugar levels steady.

myfitnesspal also has a section for logging exercises, a community forum, and other options I am not aware of.

Update.. Still going.. Ten pounds. Quit smoking for three weeks but my nerves got wracked so I'm at it again. I'm moving in a couple weeks so the day I get in the car to drive out of Texas, I'll be doing it without cigarettes. Two or three days on the road with two dogs will either push me into smoking crack or kill the urge to smoke anything.
