I'm about 10 pounds heavier than I was at my last Navy flight physical. In 1982.

Currently 10lbs heavier, but dropping pretty steadily. At one point I was 60lbs heavier.

I am wearing the same size jeans that I did when I was 25. Just bought 2 new pairs in that size today as a matter of fact. Made me feel pretty good.

No, I weigh less as I am on a strict two prong diet that is: gluten free (by necessity) along with a modified paleo approach.

I weigh 20 lbs more than at 25 at 155. I was still growing and now weigh a svelte 175, the normal weight for my size.

I'm down 10 pounds
Less muscle I guess
Being lighter at 55 is easier on the spine and joints

Easier to run too, less weight on the lower back.

Same. Obviously I gained weight during each pregnancy, but I bounced back quickly and am where I was BC (before kids), just in better shape now.
