I recently went on a diet and went down to 97 pounds at 5'3". I did one year of stabilization and maintenance and am confident that I will not gain (or lose) any more weight. The problem is, I was a size B/C cup before the loss. Now, I am practically flat chested. It is very difficult for me to feel confident about myself when I wear bathing suits, dresses, etc. I honestly feel like I look like a teenage boy and it's tough to feel sexy or womanly... to the point where I spend some days crying in front of the mirror. I've tried it all- push-up bras, silicone inserts... but I still don't feel attractive. I don't want huge breasts, just maybe a B cup so I feel better about myself. Should I go for it?
97 pounds is pretty light. Why not just gain a little of that weight back? I am 5'2" and weigh 118 pounds. (32C-24-32), And people say I am a stick! When I gain weight I gain it in my boobs and butt. You could probably put 10 pounds on, still be rail thin and... gain some of that boobage back. At 5'3" and 107 pounds you'd probably look pretty good.... just sayin.
Just my 5 cents - if you decide on augmentation go for C cup. From A to B - you will not even see a difference in clothes, and, you can achieve B cup with push up bra so why waist $$$$ on implants.

Why did you go on a diet to go all the way down to 97 lbs?
Did you feel like a teenaged boy before your diet?
If you spend days crying in front of the mirror because of how you look, your problem is mental and not because you have tiny boobs. I suggest seeing a mental health professional for evaluation.
I am 5'1" and 98 lbs, which I have always been. Before I had children, I was a 32B. After first child, went to a 32C. After second child, who I also nursed, went to a 32D. After menopause, went up to 32DD.
Weight didn't increase my bust size. Life as a woman did. BTW, as a young Mother in my 30's, my neighbor always used to say from a distance I looked like a 12 year old boy. Had very short hair too then.

I wish I could lose boobs when I lose weight. First I wish I could lose more weight but last time I lost 30lb and my boob size didn't change, they became even more apparent
I suggest making a consultation with a plastic/cosmetic surgeon, one who specialists in breast augmentations, discuss your situation with him/her, find out how much it costs, your options, pros & cons, and then make a decision.
