What do you consider losing weight fast as your criteria would not be conducive to rapid weight loss.

1. This is usually not done at home unless you are crazy.
2. Yes it does. Intermittent fasting for example is a good way to let your body use its fat reserves without starving yourself.
3. The exercise that makes you lose weight is usually not done at home and I'd add at least an hour a day to make it worthwhile.
