It looks pretty good but also looks like a lot of trouble. Wonder how well it would keep if you made up a week's worth or so?

I love hot drinks. They're very relaxing to me.

I've made it before, and it's good. For me, it is for anti inflammatory action of the tumeric

I made it and it turned black in the fridge before I could use it up.

Mikala, does it really do any good? I mean REALLY noticeably? And how do you use it?

It's really hard to tell because we react so slowly to stuff (RA) and it changes in intensity on it's own.

From what I have read turmeric is very good for you, so I throw it in occasionally. I've added it in pill form when I have a flare up.... and seems to help. My doctor is ok with it, but I need to cut back on fish oil when I use it as they are both anticoagulants.

I try to add lots of spices and herbs to my food too.

Thanks. I didn't know they were both anticoagulants. That's good information for me because I am on fish oil and a blood test showed I have some sort of clotting issue. DNA testing for genealogy also came up with some genetic clotting issue so it's probably not all due to the fish oil. I shouldn't add something like turmeric to the mix.
