Larger than average from the start; 9+ lbs. birth wgt., 200 lbs. (6'1") at age 13.

By 30, I was seriously into lifting bulking to 275 max., and 210-230 for a show. Weight yo-yoed between those two parameters ages 26-early 40s.

Here's what's funny .... current wgt. ranges 145-155 (this morning 152.1). Probably weighed about that much at age 9-10. Don't know why. Go to bed every night with a full tummy. At age 73, I can no longer hit the iron with any authority, but do work out a three days a week with exercise bands.

Maybe it's just an age/genetic thing. Dad was a 200 pounder much of his life but inexplicably dropped to the 160s in his 60s despite always eating like a horse.

I was the same weight from age 18 through age 45 which was 105 lbs.

The most I have ever weighed was 162 lbs which was the day I delivered my daughter

Not counting pregnancy, unfortunately I am at my heaviest right now. Menopause has done a number on me and I am 135 lbs. I was 140 but managed to drop 5 lbs after going on my current 1100 calorie diet

height 5' 5.5" as an adult

lowest adult weight was 90 lbs in 2009-2010 and again in 2013 at age 37 and age 42 (I was suffering from anorexia nervosa)

highest weight was 132 lbs in 2008 (I quit smoking in 2006 and was going through surgical menopause at the same time and over the next year and a half my weight ballooned from eating more and not exercising as much)

my normal weight range that is easiest to maintain and that I weighed for years before my ED is between 116-122. Currently at 110.5 to 111.5 lbs (early morning after bathroom before eating) age 45. Though I eat for maintenance and health now, I still struggle with obsessive control of food intake and type, just not starvation level. I also struggle with exercise addiction but it is not insanely out of control as it once was. at age 45, I injure myself far easier so my body has a more effective way of putting a cap on how much exercise I do lol.

Male 5' 10". Heaviest was 196. BMI says highest should be 174 but I don't like that look. Currently 186. Goal is around 178, what I weighed in my 30s. Hope to get there in 5 weeks or so.
