155lbs when I was married in 1981 (23 y.o.)
180lbs when my metabolism changed on a dime when I was 27y.o.
I am back to 155lbs at 57y.o., and other than fluctuating between 155-165 over recent decades, I'm pretty much at 155lbs
At 11, I was 140 lbs (5'2" tall). Probably my "thinnest" that I recall.
At 13, I was 185 lbs (5'4" tall).
At 16, I was 165 lbs (5'8" tall).
At 19, I was 170 lbs (5'11" tall).
At 25, I was 200 lbs.
At 26, I was 230 lbs.
At 28, I was back down to 198 lbs and hovered there for a couple of years.
At 31, 1 year after my rafting accident I was 243 lbs. Probably my heaviest.
At 34, I was hovering at 225 lbs.
At 35 (present), I am currently 215 lbs and on my way back to 190 lbs.
Most of the calculators say my ideal weight would be 165 lbs, but I don't know that it would even be possible to be that small. My doctor seems to think that 190 lbs would be well within an acceptable range for my structure.

These are my stats:
Thinnest 2 Kgs when I was born.
Heaviest 70 Kgs when was 25. Height 5 feet 6 inches.
Current 58 Kgs, height 5 feet 6 inches.
Adult height: Between 6' 3 1/4" and just under 6' 4" (used to be 6' 3 3/4 or 7/8, now 6' 3 1/4). I was 6' tall when I was 13, and my father was smidge over 6' 7" at his tallest and my mother was between 5' 6" and 5' 7".
Age: Old enough to live in a 55+ community if I wanted to, but 'too young for Medicare' .
Lowest weight at adult height: 167 (in mid 20s), but I've been down to 179 within the last 8 years (and could still grab fat...skinny fat?...my fat percentage right now I'm sure is less than at that 179 point).
Heaviest at adult height:281 (but not in the last decade plus.....heaviest within the last decade: 252)
Male - 46 yrs old - 5'10
Thinnest 162 in 2010
Heaviest 230+ 1994-2004
