I haven't weighed myself in over a month and have been eating pretty badly so I've expected some weight gain.
But today when checking I'm 5 lbs heavier than I was a month ago and that's a big difference for me.
I know my cycle is supposed to start in 2-3 days but as I get older the amount I gain during that time of the month fluctuates. It used to be I gained 2 lbs consistently that week every single month. Now I think it varies a bit more.
Do you gain weight during that time of the month? When does it happen and by what day does it usually fall off? How much do you typically gain?
As you know it's water. I'm a little heavier a few days before, but then afterwards, the water comes all out and I'm at my leanest. That's why I have a "weight range". In any given month my weight fluctuates weekly between 147 - 150 lbs. As long as I stay in the range, I'm good.
