33 year old male 6’3””. 214.8 on August 2nd

August 5th. 213

August 8th. 211.4

August 11th. 210

August 13th. 209.4

August 15th. 207.8

For the last several years I’ve been hanging around 200ish but would ultimately like to stay around 190/195.

I’m doing a low carb diet of 20 to 30 net carbs per day. It’s not that difficult. The wife even makes me almond flower breakfast biscuits every week that have only 2 net carbs each.

That’s pretty much It. And walking a few miles a day.

It’s a sacrifice but worth it. Can’t even drink my organic whole milk that I love because of the natural sugar

I've discovered a love for unsweetened almond milk which is almost completely guilt-free. The only milk I still use goes into my coffee/tea and that's it.

You don’t have to sacrifice like that to get the results you’ve posted.

I'm doing the Keto diet which is no carbs (under 40 a day) and no sugar. It will be a month on the 22nd and I lost 7lbs. My DH though has lost 20!! Good luck OP!
