Can anyone tell me where I can find a high protein, low carb, 1200 calorie / day, SIMPLE meal plan for a week, or at least several days? Thanks.
Yup.
Avoid all sugars,carbs,dairy,processed food and booze.
Eat any vegetable that's green and grows above ground.
And grilled fish/chicken/steak in moderation.
Drink a ton of water.
Be prepared to be really bored.
Or just eat a varied combination of what you like in moderation that doesn't exceed 1200 calories.
I would regularly have 2-3 light beers each and every afternoon (blamed it on FL heat).....I couldn't remember a day when I missed having a couple.
But two weeks ago I stopped that habit just to see what would result. I've lost 5 lbs, feel I'm eating better, but not necessarily sleeping any better (one of the reasons I quit).
Not sure how much longer this little experiment will go.
Maybe will try moderation (one or two every once or twice a week).
