Just like you have it in your mind that you need 2500 calories to function, I KNOW that I don't need to be eating "3 meals a day". That idea is total BS that was taught to us as we were growing up and we automatically accept it as a fact. So whatever you think you need, that is what you need, nobody can change you? So you HAVE to consume and NEED 2500 calories no matter what?

By the way, I don't need to make up all of the calories I think I need in one meal. I eat what I need to feel satisfied and that's it, end of story. I can assure you I don't stuff my face. In fact, I fill up quite easily and function just fine. I have plenty of reserve energy (fat) stored ON my body. If I keep eating, I will never tap the reserve, NEVER. That's how it works. In fact, I can work out with no lack of energy whatsoever. This past weekend I put in a full 12 hours of work over 2 days on my yard on an empty stomach and felt great.

So NEED is one thing, WANT is another, they are two totally different things. Also, calories do not automatically equal nutrients.

WTF are you babbling about? It has nothing to do with what I think I need; I used the Harris Benedict Equation to compute my BMR. And who said anything about having to eat 3 meals a day? I merely stated that I could not envision myself getting all my nutrients and daily requirements in one meal. Me, not you. I don't know you and don't care what you do or how you eat.

Good for you. Would you like a gold star? Or perhaps a cookie?

Of course they don't. Do you have any other straw men you want to knock over?

BMR? from who? and I'm babbling? Yeah sure. Whatever you say.

If you don't eat 3 meals, how you get your precious 2500 calories? In how many meals, one or two or more?

From you? Squat, nothing, nada. I don't know you either and don't really care what you think.
