I never interpreted this as soley a weight loss forum. It says "diet" so I thought it was also about various diets, like vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, meaning the best diet for one's personal health. I already listed my go to meal for when I'm in a hurry or don't feel very hungry or it's too hot to eat a big meal. I don't worry about calories though because I don't eat much anyway. Good thing I'm not the mod for this sub forum if it's only about weight loss, lol.
If somebody's trying to lose weight, then probably 130 calories in some dressing would be high. All I use is some lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil. That's could be high in calories too.
