I've got one of these Garden Pizza Bowls.

I already had one of the All Meat Pizza Bowls. It was good.
But it had twice the calories as the Garden Pizza Bowl, so I only ate half of it at a time.

Here's the nutrition stats...

Calories 760
Total Carbohydrates 30g
Dietary Fiber 8g
Net Carbs 22g

I'm going to eat the whole thing tomorrow and give it a thumbs up or down.
These bowls are pretty cheap. Only 8 bucks!

fresh food at home seems a healthier choice for me, but for those who need a fast food fix and are doing keto seems it would work.

I like crustless pizza. Sometimes I make my own. They're quite a bit of work and not all that cheap to make.
There's a pizzeria here that has them but they're kind of expensive too.
These are about 40% cheaper. They also gave me a 50% off coupon.

If I like this Garden pizza I'm going to buy a bunch of them for 4 bucks apiece and put all but one in my freezer.
Unlike regular pizza, crustless pizza microwaves very well.

The wife had a Deluxe Pizza Bowl. I tasted it and it was good, too. Not many more calories.
It has 1020 calories and 22 net carbs. If I don't like the Garden, I'll go with that.
Since I do OMAD, a Deluxe pizza + Big Salad w/Walden Farms dressing + bowl of raspberries = a sub 1500 calorie day.

Jury's in!!
All of the pizza bowls are good.
Maybe I'll buy some Deluxes and some Gardens to change things up.

So it’s basically a casserole. Sounds good but way too much sodium for me, just like pizza with the crust.

Yeah, pretty much what a crustless pizza is... pizza casserole.
It's hard to avoid sodium when you like pepperoni and sausage. The Deluxe has 'em both.
