Not necessarily true. 1/2 cup of berries generally is going to have about 8-10g net carbs give or take. A small orange, about the same.
I eat fruit every day and manage to stay in ketosis. Moderation is key, as well as knowing which fruits to eat and which ones to avoid.
Depending on how deep your ketosis is, genetally it will take 14-18 hrs for your body to get back to ketosis after have a tablespoon's worth of sugar. 1/2 cup of berries is doable as long as it is 1/2 cup, not an acai bowl with nuts and yogurt like many people are doing that will keep you out of ketosis for atleast 24-48 hours.

So you're basically assuming that taking in fructose which is a negative is ok as long as there's some fiber, vitamins, and antioxidant? How about just eat a dark leaf green vegetable? Fructose is a toxin. Not only that fructose feeds gut bacteria that will make you hungry more. Not only that fruits all contains lectins it's a neural-toxin.
There's a reason why plants make fruit, it is to prevent animals and humans from eating the plant itself. That's why all fruits contains lectins, a toxin that causes all sorts of long term neural and gastrinal problems. You wanna know why you have allergies and rashes. Stop each fruits that contains lectins. And almost all fruits have it except some.

Apples and oranges this time of year are delicious. I also eat blueberries and raspberries on my oatmeal.
You're knowledge of nutritional is so out of date. There's nothing healthy about apples, it has very little nutrients and it has a lot of fructose. Orange peel and rind is about the only thing worth eating over the fruit itself. There's nothing healthy about taking in fructose and lectins. It is as bad as drinking a can of soda. The vitamin C you gain are negated by fructose that will get converted to fat and store on the liver. That's a long term negative. There's no need to eat Oranges when there are much better sources of vitamin C without the fructose.
I spent more than a year without eating much fruit at all and I eat more vegetables than ever and it is one of the main keys to losing weight is cutting out fructose.

I am not out of date at all. Please post a peer reviewed study on how apples are bad for us. I will continue to eat fruit along with the rest of my healthy diet.

Ask any longevity doctor what is the #1 thing to avoid, they will tell you Fructose. #2 is fruit lectins, it causes inflammation and leaky gut.
I'm not saying Apples are bad I'm saying they are worthless when it comes to dieting and nutrient density foods. There's no benefit to eating Apples, taking in the fructose and getting very little vitamins from it. Fructose is a toxin, the body treats fruit sugar just like alcohol.
Terrible idea. There's enough fructose in fruit equivalent to a can of soda. No wonder people can't lose weight!
Yep, those high sugar avacados! Seriously all fruit are not the same. Some are bad as candy, some arent. Fruit JUICE is especially bad. Like you are drinking the sugar from several fruit with none of the fiber.

Not all fruits are loaded with the sweet stuff. A whole avocado -- yep, it's a fruit -- has only 1.33 grams of sugar.
I think you meant to say that avocado contains lots of fat. About 21g of fat! 77% of their calories come from fat. Avocados contain mostly monounsaturated fat, plus a small amount of saturated fat and polyunsaturated fat.
