I'm surprised that given you heavy weight relative to height, you have LOW blood pressure.
I've had low blood pressure for decades. It did not matter if I was obese, overweight, normal weight or skinny. While medication helps I need to be continually aware that I do not became dehydrated, stand up too fast, take too hot a shower, etc.
Yah - low blood pressure is NOT dependent on weight.
Way to go, OP.
I joined Noom the day after my 68th birthday with 30-35 pounds to lose. After 28 days I am down 10 of those pounds.
WAY better than Weight Watchers. I am also held to 1200 calories - which frankly is easy because I was already calorie restricting at 1400-1500 with the Lose-It app. And I work out strenuously every other day and walk days in between.

LOL. Everyone thinks just because someone is overweight those are the people with HBP.
Mine is insane high without meds, and I'm 5'5 and 125. Nope it's not lack of exercise, I get a min. of 1 hour cardio a day, and yep..... I eat super healthy.
Weight is never a given indicator of health.

Yes, weight is a fluctuating sign of your current metabolic cycle not health. You could be retaining water due to changes in the weather or if you are having a period.
HBP is the result of some hormonal, organ, or genetic issues. It has nothing to do with someone's weight or eating too much salt or sugar. While some diets contribute to a higher BP but it's not a cause for chronic HBP that cause be a sign of other chronic issue.
It is what it is, but I am neither retaining water nor menstruating.
I have a collection of auto immune diseases, which seem to mess with my metabolism, so I have trouble with glucose and HBP.
Large amounts of cardio hold them both at bay. I had got off all HBP meds a few years ago, and haven't been able to reach that level yet again. But I'm working on it.
