A few years ago, after I had my daughter, I went on Atkins and lost 35+ pounds in 4-5 months. Got pregnant again (figures, right?) had another baby, lost some more weight, got pregnant a few years later and had my 4th and final child, and now I'm back to where I was before I started Atkins. I want to lose this baby weight I'm carrying but the last time I lost weight, I also lost my breasts...they shrunk and got saggy. I don't want to be fat, but I also don't want to be thin with no boobs. It seems like when you lose weight the boobs are the first to "slim down". Any way to avoid this?

Too bad sister, upper body is the first part to lose the weight. Lower body and hips are harder for women. You can do some weight training to help the chest muscles tight and keep "the girls" happy. Diet alone is not enough after have 4 kids, you will need to do some cardio and weight training to gain some muscle definition. Good luck

I feel you must go to the gym and go for the jogging and ruing daily to reduce your weight.Coming to your boobs just apply some creams and loutions to get them in shape.if you want more information then i suggest you to search the solution in yahoo answers.

IMHO the only way to perk-up your "girls" would be surgical enhancement - is vanity worth the health risk and expense? A good support bra might solve your problem.

No way to fix it. But you maybe should go get a professional fitting. A poorly fitted bra will make what you have and even worse issue than it is. Victoria Secret has some new firming bra. Never tried it but I did see it the other day.
Give you skin time post loss to firm up. At least a year. (that includes the tissue around you chest) But have it supported well in the meantime.

Do some workout for the muscles, this will give you a good body proportion. About the girls, just find a good bra and this will handle all the pressure.
