my question would be if your only eating lunch and a light dinner as you said, why are you over 300 lbs? I mean lets say you eat a 600 to 800 calorie lunch and you eat another 600 - 800 calories for dinner thats at most 1600 calories. Now at that you would not be 335 lbs. So the question is what else are you eating or drinking?????
Take a journal and add all your calories up for one day including liquids. Get honest with yourself, I dont believe your eating just lunch and a light dinner. There has got to be more. IF there honestly is not, then you need to get your thyroid and medical reason check which is not the case in most people. I think you should join weight watchers and go once a week. I also think you need to get honest with yourself. You would need to eat way over 2000 a day just to maintain 335 lbs. SO get out of denial.
I dont mean to sound so harsh but I find that once your really aware of what your eating and your addictions is easier to change. Your out of control, admit it and now start and make this the best years of your life. Apply a 12 step program mentally to this. 335 lbs is an eating addiction , take the first step. I did and things have improved!!!

...to motivate me to start losing weight. He said the best motivation is money so he offered me the money if I loose 30 lbs in 4 months. I am 6'3 335lbs and only eat lunch and a light dinner. I do not get hungry in the morning so I do not eat breakfast. Any useful tips that could help me get under way to become $500 richer and 30 lbs lighter?
Exercise. Especially free weights, or other toning type exercises.
With the mass you have....just get some free weights (dumbells) etc or do *something* for exercise and you will burn off calories like a freak. I am 5'8-5'9 and was 223 or so around 4 months ago. I weighed 185 today and am still losing a little weight even though I am not really dieting hard-core anymore. (Muscle mass is the gift that keeps on giving in terms of weight loss).
Also check out calories per hour it will explain why the diets don't work and why exercise is important
