you did not state your age. but at an older age hi carb diet does not result in as much stamina as it does fat.

My doctor told me, not to look at what you weigh on the scale. Look at your body structure. Use weights (like 10lbs) and work out each day for 45 min. with weights and cardio, sit-ups etc. Your body will look better, and the weight will disapear. Five days a week. Take the week-end off. In 3-4 months, you will notice the differance. This has helped me.

I'm fat in my bf's eyes, but my mother doesn't see eye to eye with him.
I put on weight recently as a result of eating too much, so I plan to do more exercises to keep fit. Don't be worried~U may need a guider to help ur plan just like me, I recommend you try P90X, it will guide u step by step,I 'm trying it ,and works a lot.
