Why is it in my lifetime I have witnessed an ever-growing problem of people not being able to control their food intake? Why can't people eat less? Answer: their blood sugar is destroyed by PUFAs and corn syrup and drugged by wheat.

Exercise doesn't combat it because there is no way to burn off the calories most people are eating. Also, exercise makes you hungry so you eat more.

In any case, that polyunsaturated fats and corn syrup are linked to obesity is already well-known in the scientific community:

Cardiologist William Davis says wheat contains a protein called gliadin which is an opiate which promotes obesity:

I eat very few wheat products. My grains are oats, barley, brown rice, quinoa. My weight is stable and at a good level, no weight gain in last ten years and in good health. I believe this doctor above is on to something...sure, it takes a concentrated effort to eliminate wheat from our diets..wheat is everywhere and in almost everything. But it can be done, and the health benefits are huge...
