This is one I like....I was off on the calories by 20, but it has 23 grams of protein versus plain milk having 8 (and same number of calories.

EAS 100 Percent Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate

There are many different brands that make similar products; another I tried was the Designer Whey brand. It is very similar, the container list the calories as 100 and protein at 18grams.

You may not even need to do shakes. I just like them because like I mentioned, I cannot eat enough "food" in protein to lose weight. And by the way since I have begun doing this low-carb thing I eat more and in 6 weeks have lost 9 pounds. This may not be a lot to some, but I haven't been able to lose weight any other way, especially the "low-fat"/ diverse food groups diet that is proposed by everyone.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ADD TO THE LIST SO I WILL HAVE MORE VARIETY? thanks!

i really would like to get back to the groove of this.
When I found this List of High-Protein Foods and Amount of Protein in Each, I printed this out, taped it on the door of my fridge and served it as a guide to my protein intake. However, since this list contain mostly meat and fish, I also have a separate guide for Vegetables and Beans High in Protein.

Hope this helps.
