Ok I'm 5'10" weighed 293 lost down to 183.I'm wanting to lose 10 more pounds.

Everyone including my Doctor says I have lost plenty to quit.I'm thinking if I wanted to I could lose as much as 30 pounds and be fine.

Thoughts?

Congratulations on the weight loss. That is a major accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If everyone says you look good including your doctor, I would consider making my focus was on eating really good quality foods and excercise and maintaining.

Try to maintain that for awhile and see what happens. The last 10 may creep off with your new healthier habits. Give it a couple months (6)

Maintain! I would stop worrying about loosing right now, and focus on maintaining. Make sure all the healthy food choices you have been making are for life! You can worry about those last few lbs later.

I am in a similar boat. I lost 30 lbs last year (not nearly as much as your accomplishment!), and have maintained that for one year. That was exactly what I wanted to do. In the last few months, I have been wanting to get rid of the last 20 lbs. 5-10 lbs have slowly come off, but I am not working as hard at it. I can see the difference in my motivation now as it was before.

I am so glad I took that time to focus on maintaining, because I am able to see where I can continue to improvement my healthy choices. Good luck!

Focus on keeping the weight lost! Losing is one thing and keeping it off is another. If you lose a few more great.
