Anyone else have this issue? I eat right, exercise, and still unable to lose weight. Is anyone else struggling with their weight loss?

1. Define "eat right"
2. What is your exercise plan?

How many calories are you eating a day and how many are you burning? Its just a matter of calories in and calories out. Write a food journal to keep track of what you are eating. Up the intensity of your exercise routine.

I only eat fresh foods or non processed. I do cardio 45mns Mon-Fr. Cardio includes jumping rope, running, jogging, elliptical, and the treadmill. I have been looking closely at the scale weighing myself every month and it has not budged....
Am I dong something wrong? No idea of how many calories I am burning

Just because you're eating fresh food does not mean you will lose weight.
What did you have to eat? Give us an example of your daily consumption, how about today?

Just because you eat "organic" peanut butter and jelly doesn't mean it's empty calories. I'm thinking you need to eat less, and excercise more.

You can eat too much of any type of food. Just because it is fresh does not make it have less calories. My guess is that you are eating more than you think you are.
Incorporate some strength training in your exercise routine. Muscles make for a more efficient metabolism. And no, you will not bulk up.

Keep a food diary and count your calories. It is really easy to eat healthy and not have a calorie deficit.

Thanks I have never kept up with a food journal wont remember all that I eat. Today I had Cheerios for Breakfast, an apple for an snack, a salad for lunch with ranch, and spaghetti for dinner. I only drink fruit juice and water. I don't like having snacks as I tend to go over board. I usually skip breakfast there is just not much time for breakfast unless I stop and get something.

What strength training exercise do you recommend? I would think 45mins of exercise was adequate for weight loss. Should I go for a full hour?

A couple of things. Portion size. Cheerios for breakfast is a weak breakfast. And how much are you eating? Ranch dressing is full of fat and calories. Spaghetti for dinner - what kind of spaghetti? Plain, marinara sauce, meat sauce, white sauce, butter? How much? Fruit juice is just empty calories for the most part. I would ditch it ASAP.
Have you considered Weight Watchers? They will show you what a portion size is and give you tips on better food to eat to get more bang for your buck.
45 minutes of exercise is fine, but you could go longer. You do not have to do cardio and weight training on the same day if time is an issue. Do you go to a gym? You could hire a trainer there to show you some exercises you can do with weights.

It is a key for success. These days there are so many online ones, and smart phone apps it isn't too hard.

The reason it helps, then you know how many calories you are eating. For example, a serving size for your cheerios is about 1 cup. The average person pours 2 cups into their bowl. If you use a typical modern bowl, it probably holds 3-4 cups. You thought you got a 150 calorie breakfast. In reality you just ate 300.

If I have pasta, I eat 1.5-2 cups of pasta. That's 1.5 to 2 servings, so around 300-400 calories of pasta. Not the "200 calorie" serving.

You could easily be underestimating the number calories you are consuming by 50%.
