You must be so proud over yourself. How many calories do you eat per day and do you eat back your exercise calories?

1200 to 1550 calories a day. I have my tracker set to raise my calories for the day according to my exercise, but I don't usually end up eating more. I take meds for diabetes that reduce my appetite, and if I'm eating the right things, it's difficult to go over 1550 calories in the day. I've noticed that eating toward the higher end of my calorie range seems to reduce muscle soreness though.

I'm female

5'11
123 lbs
33-25-36

Legitimate/standard size is 4-5.

But when I go shopping, they all vanity size, so I'm usually a 2. At Old Navy, I'm size 0.

5'4, 150, size 8. I have hips so I'm never a 6. Never been a 12, biggest I've worn is a 10.

A year ago, I weighed 408lbs. I was a size 5x or 6x, my waist was 58" and my hips were 71". I mostly had to order my clothes from Woman Within or Roaman's. I was way too big for clothes from Walmart, even men's sizes.

I've gone through a lot of clothes in the last year I've noticed that number sizes don't mean much because different brands are different sizes, and some brands will vary a lot from garment to garment. I've noticed that the better brands seem to run bigger...I wear an 18 in Talbots but a 22 in Faded Glory.

One thing I've noticed that has been surprising is that I haven't lost my boobs as I've lost weight...I was a 48DDD a year ago and I'm a 42F now.
FANTASTIC! You must feel so great.

I am 5'3", 205 lb. I wear a size 16 pants, L/XL shirt and 16 dress down from a 22 pants, 2X shirt and 20 dress. My bottom is significantly larger than my top! I am a 40C bra but my hips are around 48. YIKES!

Great work! I'm also an avid SparkPeople user

To the OPs question:

5'5"
135
Size 10

I use to be 121 with 15-16% bodyfat, which for a woman was pretty lean. Even at that weight I wore a size 6, there's no way I'll ever find myself in anything smaller.

Yet, when someone has lost a bunch of weight on TV, they're a size 4 or 6 and they still look a lot fatter than I look when I am 175 and a size 16. It's weird.

Well everyone is different at 175 I am a size ten. I am 5.11 btw. This is my goal weight. Most of my weight is in my upper body and chest, and I do not have wide hips.
