6', 178lbs as of yesterday afternoon and I wear size 32 jeans. 30yo male.

I would love to keep my current body comp but be at 190. It's hard because I work out consistently yet I know that I don't eat enough to realize the muscle gain that I'm looking for.

5'0, I weigh 123 and I'm a size 4/6 petite. If I'm wearing non-petite clothes, I'm a 4. This size looks good on *my* body. Last summer I weighed 141 and I was a size 8. I looked huge for me because I'm so short. Shirts I've always worn a small even when I was 20 pounds heavier. I gain weight on my hips/thighs.

I know what you mean. I'm 5'10" and when I'm at my very thinnest, I'm about 150, size 10 or 12. I really think my bare bones would be about a size 10. Yet, when someone has lost a bunch of weight on TV, they're a size 4 or 6 and they still look a lot fatter than I look when I am 175 and a size 16. It's weird.

So you mean to tell me that a size 12 , 20 years ago were somewhere around 26-27 inch waist? WOW and WOW again.
I don't know what my exact measurements were 20 years ago, but my bra size was 32B. (I am assuming I was wearing the right bra size.) Now I wear a 34C. My current waist is 26" and hips are 36"; my best guess is that my waist used to be 24" and hips were probably about the same. I'm 5'6" weighing around 138 pounds - I lift weights so to eyeball me you'd probably say I look like I weigh 130. 20 years ago I weighed 120 pounds. I wear a size 6 in most stores, yet 20 years ago I routinely wore a size 8. The only exception is higher-end designer clothing - those sizes seem about right.

A far cry from 2001 when I topped out at 310 two years after high school. I was an offensive and defensive lineman in h.s. so coach was just happy with me getting bigger. But I got serious about weight loss and dropped 116 lbs to get down to 194 by 2004. But I have fluctuated since then.
Yep, you have some work to do... I'm 6'5 265 and I could probably SQUEEEEEZE into a pair of 36/36 jeans. (38 waist)

I'm actually having trouble picturing 180 pounds on a 6'5" frame... That's an extremely slight build.

Well, its been a month. I am currently:

6' 1" tall
Weight - 180.8 lbs
Can wear pants that are 30" and 32" in the waist

Think its time to go on a bulk to put on some weight/muscle. This means lots and lots more eating and working out with much heavier weights.

Im 6'3" and 240 lbs, I wear between a size 34-36 mens...34 too tight, 36 too loose. Once I get back down to my 220 lbs before I go into the army, I will be in a 34 im sure.

I'm Female, 5' 11", 150 pounds, and my clothes are in the 6 to 10 range. I have small, medium, and large clothes that all fit.

When I was 18, same height, I weighed 135 or 140, and I wore a medium or large and size 10-11. It took me awhile to figure out the new sizing. My problem with clothes now is finding pants that are long enough.

I'm female, 5'2", not sure of weight, haven't weighed in ages and I don't have a scale. However, I wear size 16 jeans and size 14 skirt. All of my weight is in my tummy (thanks 3 kids, lol) and rear-end. Just need to eat less and move more....sounds simple, huh?
