15 pounds of water weight in a week. Perhaps if someone is 400lbs+ and very dedicated - and even then, it will be around 11lbs the first week. I know you are not talking about the average overweight individual there. Even those who water fast and/or juice fast, plus exercise - do not lose 15lbs in a week unless they are jacked up on something that is no good and working that elliptical and treadmill like their life depends on it - and sucking down water as if it's going to become extinct. Muscle burns fat.
A normal sized adult - you are actually comparing to - - - Hulk Hogan?
There you go, OP, forget what anyone tells you. Just go find someone to wrestle with for a few hours this week.
(And yes, you can lose 15lbs of actual body fat plus your water weight in one month)
I've done it.
I've seen guys that weigh 170lbs lose 15lbs in a week before a fight. They weigh in the night before, then gain back virtually all of it over the next day by the time of a fight. Most of that weight is water, they probably lost a small amount of fat and muscle as well. It is difficult and not healthy, I don't recommend anyone do it, but yes, you can do it.
I want to loose around 15 pounds before June 15th! Is that possible? What is realistic. I have a gym where I live and I work out one hour cardio everyday and the days I can't work out at the gym I go for brisk 45 minute walks on my lunch break. I currently on a high protein, low fat diet and I only eat the good carbs.
Yes, you can and you don't need any miracle food this or amazing drug that (there are no such things, by the way).
The easy way: Liposuction.
The hard way: burn more calories than you eat.
The superhard way: eat like an Ethiopian and work out.

The first one is tempting but i do not have the money so that one is out.
The second one is what Im trying to do now. But how do I burn more calories then what I get rid of? Does that mean burning those calories at the gym alone? If thats the case I only burn 500 calories.
I eat aproxemetly 1500 calories per day. I weigh about 165 and I am 5.6 tall and I want to loose 15 pounds.

I'm...not 165...or even CLOSE to that () and my dietician has me on a 1,600 calorie diet to lose 1-2 pounds a week.
I'd imagine 1,500 is too much for you, but what do I know. Just a thought.

Should I eat 1000 calories a day ?If your dietitian have you on a 1600 calorie a day to loose 2 pounds a week, then maybe I should be on a 1000. Makes sense.

I really have no idea. I just know what works for me. It would make sense for you to eat 1,000, but I'm not a dietician...so I can't say. Maybe you should meet with one to see what you should be at?

The lowest you should go is 1200. Your body needs fuel to get through the day.

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low. Calorie Intake to Lose Weight

15lbs in a month? For a female? Do-able, but you're going to need to be damn near perfect on the diet and exercise to lose a legitimate 15lbs in body fat.
Since you say you only eat "good carbs" I'm guessing that you're on some type of Zone/South Beach/Nutrisystem low glycemic diet. Those are very good diets and a very healthy way to eat, however I'd be concerned about reaching your goals with that method. You WILL lose weight if you follow them, but 15lbs in a month would really be cutting it close.
If you think you can handle it, I'd go to a strict low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet. You're likely to lose weight significantly faster but it's a tougher diet to follow. If you're interested, PM me you're email address and I'll send you a PDF copy of the book I followed. It was written by a Canadian Doctor and former Powerlifter/Bodybuilder but it's perfectly applicable to normal people, including females, with a little tweaking.
Either way, exercise is going to be important, and you should be in the gym 6 days of the week. You'll want to focus on high rep workouts with less than 60 seconds of rest between each set, of which there should be 3 or 4 depending on the exercise. Alternate between upper/lower body workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday and Saturday reserved for strictly cardio. Also I highly advise a 20-30 minute cardio warm up on your workout days, but do it at a speed that keeps your heart rate in the "fat burning" zone.
