So I took my baby to the Vet to see what was going on with her....Come to find out...She has a bacterial infection...an ear infection and she has allergies...which i already knew but I didn't think it would cause all that it did...They gave her an anti itch shot...and an allergy shot...and I have ear drops...antibiotics...ear wash and a medicated shampoo for her to use...it has been 2 days and she already looks better and I can tell she is feeling better...she is running around more and wanting to sun bathe more often...LOL...I am soooo happy! The vet also told me to change her diet...he said something about Kangaroo???? I have no clue what that is!!! But I will be changing her diet...more natural..less garbage!! THANK ALL OF YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Glad to hear that your girl is feeling better! I've heard of kangaroo & oats before that Eukanuba had, but don't know anything about it.

Glad she's feeling better too. We did Kangaroo and Oats as a food trial for Katie's allergies. It's a prescription food.

Natural treatment for ear infections in dogs can help. I use Dr Dogs Ear Oil, it works just great and I have had every kind of problem you can think of regarding chronic ear infections.

What were you feeding? that would help us to suggest something more specific for you.

In general, try a grain-free formula. Natural Balance makes a Limited Ingredient line you can try.

You don't need a prescription diet for food allergies. You just need to pick a quality dog food that is made of unique ingredients your dog has never eaten. My dog has terrible allergies. I feed him Natural Balance Venison and Sweet Potato.

Maybe that is because Sweet Potatoes have natural Histamine in them. It seems to trigger the release of more Histamine.
