ksl.com - SL County Council endorses puppy mill ordinance

A good first step, even if just 1 county. We got "Henry's Law" a couple of years ago and several have been convicted under it (cruelty case). Our local Humane Society worked long and hard to get that passed as the state has a lot of ranchers who feared that normal practices would make them vulnerable (doesn't say much about them). But if a conservative state like Utah can do it, so can everywhere!

Every step is a good step; one step closer to stopping the madness. Way to go, Utah.
