For the ten years i had my own retail shop I brought Paul the Bichon every day. Sometimes customer would come just to say hello to Paul and to show him to others who had never seen a Bichon fully grown out.

He had his favorites, was great with kids and once in awhile would ge the Zoomies. Folks would just stand back and let him do his thing. He made the business so warm and friendly.

John Stewart encourages his staff to bring their dogs. i think Rossie did too.
Do you take your dog to work?

I work from home so, YES!, I "bring" Artie to work with me. I call my office "our room."

I work in a hospital. Not a friendly environment for a dog.

Dogs are wonderful. I work in a hospital based office practice, and someone came to demonstrate a dog that can sniff out high and low blood sugars. He went and sat by one of our diabetic nurses in a roomful of people and it turns out her blood sugar, when checked, was 330.

Anyway, even though we have pets at home, including dogs, it made our day, and we were all posing with him, taking pictures, and ooohing and aahhhing over him. What a wonderful addition a dog makes to a worksite, when they are able to come along!

I do, but I can't get him to not bark at certain noises. I work by myself but the barking doesn't help if I'm on the phone. I've yet to conquer it...one day.

Our hospital allows pets to come and see our patients. It makes my day to play with the dogs and it's good for the patients as well.

Sawyer get's to come to work with me whenever he wants. I work in a dog friendly ad agency. We have playdates in conference rooms and even doggie event days. He's asleep under my desk as I type this and will probably get to go play with his best bud before we leave.
