PUTNAM COUNTY, Tennessee -- Somewhere in Putnam County lives a "big German shepherd" dog who bites cars.

A report filed Saturday by Putnam Sheriff's Deputy Joe Davis says a woman came to the Sheriff's office Saturday afternoon and complained that a neighbor's dog had damaged her car.

When I was a teen a friend and I went to someone's house. They had a huge dog, the kind that have long white curly hair? Don't remember the breed name. This dog bit my friends tire as we were leaving, and it went flat a bit down the street. It was a little car with little tires tho, lol.
