My 7 year old Boston Terrier has terrible front teeth, even though her back teeth are perfect. She goes to the vet to get them cleaned once a year, but it just doesn't help her front ones, two of them have had to be pulled. She always has VERY bad breath, almost like an infection smell. I just don't know what else to try, she doesn't like me to brush her teeth, and the dental treats don't help her front teeth since she chews with the ones in the back. It's not her diet, because she gets 'Taste Of The Wild' kibble and no soft treats.

What else can I try here? Is there any kind of anti-bacterial spray for a dogs mouth.

This is what my vet recommends. I have yet to try it on my dog, though, so I cannot speak to its actual efficacy, but there are a bunch of reviews:

Leba III Dog & Cat Dental Spray

I do like that it is all natural, although I wonder how easy it is to administer and/or how it tastes.

I actually just ordered some of that off of eBay, I'm desperate to find something that works. LOL
