I read this article in the New York Times Magazine this weekend, and I can't get it out of my head. It's such a heartwarming story. I dare you not to absolutely fall in love with Chancer when he unlocks Iyal's arms, or lies down on top of him to calm him. It makes me weepy again just thinking about it.

It's a long article but it's well worth the time.

WOW...what an amazing story! Did I mention, WOW? Ben blew my socks off barking into the phone and saving her life and tears were streaming down my cheeks. Beautiful story.

Chancer with his boy, there is no better story. They changed each others lives forever...

Thank you 4 Paws!!! What an AMAZING WOMAN with an AMAZING PURPOSE!
