October 20th is Pit Bull awareness day. Along with the help of a few friends I am trying to get an event going. With all the crap (BSL) going on, we animal lovers must get together and stop legislation from banning in any more of our cities. This event will not be limited to Pit Bull owners but open to anyone that loves Dogs!!

I never heard of that. I might see if we can get a walk going in town. With the group of responsible "dangerous dog" owners that helps me fight BSL but going to the meetings. Thanks for the notice!
Our club is planning an event for that day too. I hope we actually get some POSITIVE attention!! Good luck! I think everyone should be concerned with BSL, not just "dangerous dog" owners because they will eventually want to ban all breeds. There are already cities with over a dozen breeds banned which include rare breed like Akbash or Scottish Deerhound, dogs you know aren't the regular biters because there are too few of them.
Disney land I think, whichever is in Florida. Was close to going to World In Cali for a conference this July but had to work.
